BREATH HEALING GROUP CLASSes
Emotional regulation, deep healing and inner clarity.
This one-hour guided breath healing class draws on science-backed breathing patterns and the power of intuition to promote emotional regulation, deep healing and inner clarity to prevent you feeling stuck with no clear way forward.
Using conscious breathing techniques shown to influence the autonomic nervous system, this session helps shift the body out of a state of stress and into safety, balance and repair. As your breath slows and deepens, Jessica will tune into spiritual guidance available to you from your spirit guides to support you to recognise stagnant energy in your body. Expect to be guided through a powerful healing technique using breath and crystals to help you release stagnant energy from your body. As tension softens, you will be led into relaxation allowing your nervous system to gently reorganise at its own pace, so that you to leave the session with a sense of peace, calm and clarity.
Breath.
By consciously guiding prana (life force) through your body, this class supports the release of stagnant or suppressed energy that can be held due to stress or trauma, allowing your nervous system to gently reorganise and heal at its own pace. Jessica will guide you through powerful grounding and emotional healing techniques using breathing methods and crystals to support energy clearing. As energy releases, expect to experience a sense of lightness, grounding and renewed clarity. Your breath will support you to remove cycles of overwhelm and negative emotion, and empower you to move forward in a clear and grounded direction.
Intuitive guidance and spiritual connection.
This session creates space for connection with your own spirit guides, as well as reconnection to the body, the breath and a deeper inner awareness. During the session Jessica will offer spiritual guidance, often using tarot, where she will seek collective guidance. Individual guidance will be provided, if available to you. Jessica will pass spiritual messages available to you from your own spiritual connections to help you clear stagnant energy and take clear grounded steps forward beyond the session.
